Atsource Solutions provides a secure communications system between the Bank and Legal Professional for the process of discharging mortgages. The system securely passes personal information between the parties and automates the filing of discharge documents with the government registry. Bluetech was employed to design and implement this system using a modern cloud based approach. The system is in daily use providing reliable service to hundreds of users across the province of British Columbia and soon the rest of Canada.
