BC Qso Party

BC Qso Party

Several members gathered at the Lounge to use the main OCF antenna to participate in the annual BC QSO Party.

This year we mainly used Ralph's IC-7000 radio and a bit on Eric's KX3 with amp. Ralph managed over 80 CW contacts over the few hours we were active. Eric made around 10 SSB contacts. Other members made a few more contacts on phone as well. By the time we were done we had over 90 in the log, not bad considering that we were active for only a few hours.

Done with Radio a few member got together for lunch. It was a good time on the air.
