Brett Garrett, Silent Key

Brett Garrett (VE7GM) has become a silent key. He was an active member of the club for the last 10 years. Recently he moved to Green Lake and was less involved in regular club activities but he was insistent on remaining a member and remotely participating in the weekly net. A very good memorial story can be found on the Surrey Club's website at: https://ve7sar.blogspot.com/2018/08/remembering-brett-garrett-ve7gm-sk…

He brought a lot of energy to our club and helped train others in contesting and the logging of our activities. Looking back I was fortunate to spend one field day with him on top of Blackwall Peak in Manning Park where we operated qrp for most of the event in the alpine!

Coffee Meetings

We meet every Sunday at 3pm for coffee and a chance to share our recent adventures with radio technology. We really enjoy meeting new people who are interested in learning about Amateur Radio or even other Hams! Join us this Sunday. We currently meet at the food court in Semiahmoo Mall.

Please join us on our weekly net - every Thursday 7:30pm on the White Rock Repeater
