These activities are attended by multiple members of the club. Generally they are also sponsored by the club but may involve outside orgainzations.

Field Day - June 24, 2006

Once again, our club joined with the Surrey Amateur club to run a joint field day exercise. This year we enjoyed the addition of the Langley club and together we had a good time making contacts and sharing in the fun of a common interest. As in prior years, our field day site was set-up in the

Burnaby Ham Swap Meet - February 12th

RAC Winter Contest 2005 - December 17th

Our goal for this year was to get together as a club for a few hours and have a social time while working the Winter contest. We began our adventure at 10AM when Ralph, VE7OM and Eric, VE7EGK opened the club and fired up the HF rig.

Hyack Santa Clause Parade - December 3, 2005

Three of us from the club went together to provide communications support for the parade. Ralph - VE7OM , Ross - VA7NRW and Eric - VE7EGK. As expected, Ralph encouraged the rookie - Eric to do the driving and pick him and Ross up for the adventure. It was a problem free drive to New Westminster

JOTA/05 weekend (Oct 15, 2005) dawned bright a clear for the #10 White Rock Scout Troop. It was to be wet and dull, but a surprise break in the weather brought sunny skies and beautiful temperatures to enable the White Rock ARC to support the local Troop in their JOTA activities.
